5150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5150 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

These terms apply to all users of the 5150 platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5150 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using 5150's services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 5150 platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5150 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 5150 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 5150 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 5150 support team immediately.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable laws in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use another person's account, share accounts, or transfer account ownership to any other party under any circumstances.

Platform Terms of Use

Using the 5150 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to hack, compromise the security of, or interfere with the platform's functionality in any way is strictly prohibited.
Spreading false, misleading, or malicious information through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are required to treat all other users and the 5150 support team with respect at all times.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 5150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used are valid and belong to them. The use of unauthorised payment methods or those belonging to another party without consent is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5150 uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect all users' financial information during the deposit and withdrawal process. That said, users are also responsible for ensuring that the devices they use are secure and free from malware.

Successful deposit transactions will be credited to the account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users are required to complete the account verification process (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. 5150 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of these terms pending the outcome of an investigation.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes to transaction limits via the platform. If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please contact our support team or check the FAQ for further guidance.

Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Closure

The 5150 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 5150 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully meet every user's needs. 5150 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

5150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

The user is found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity being conducted through the account.
The user registers multiple accounts or abuses any promotions or offers on the platform.
The account has been inactive for a period as defined by the current platform policy.
Instructions from the relevant authorities or legal compliance requirements necessitate such action.

Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be frozen or forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation conducted. For accounts closed at the user's own request, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on the 5150 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or parties that have licensed their use to 5150. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any such materials without prior written consent from 5150.

The brand name "5150" and its associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks by any party may result in legal action.

The 5150 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of those websites' content, policies, or practices by 5150. Users who access third-party websites do so at their own risk, and 5150 is not responsible for the content or actions of those websites.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

5150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be announced via an in-platform notice or by email to registered users. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current applicable terms.

Continued use of the 5150 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties, or where necessary, through the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 5150's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
